In a frying pan, cook bacon until crisp. Add onion, green pepper and celery. Cook until tender. Add remaining seasonings. Cut large oysters in chunks and place in a baking dish in layers. Cover each layer with vegetable mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes. Serves 8.
